Fettuccine Amatriciana,和上次那個 Penne Vodka 的製法類似,不過換上了白酒,加入意式 Salami,混和香草,還有醒目的辣椒汁。配上香濃的茄醬汁底,調得剛剛好,食味清新。
至於 pizza,我連 menu 也沒翻,問侍應推介什麼就點什麼。
Pizzeria Sardegna 即是海鮮 pizza。批底仍然是一貫水準,外面脆而內裡煙韌。 Mozzarella Cheese 烤焗得酥軟綿綿,三色海鮮和鮮茄粒鋪滿一碟,灑上香草,賣相好漂亮。海鮮固然新鮮爽甜,原來是用沙律調味過。
大快朵頤過後少不了甜品,Tiramisu 那般醉生夢死的確是很引人,但貪新鮮的我看到那個什麼三色朱古力,又產生了如貓一樣的好奇心。The big one, you sure ? 我說呀,你看我就是這個身形,怎樣吃都不會肥。拍拍心口就要了(什麼來的,我完全沒有頭緒)。
殊不知這才是災難的始末。
一上枱,大家都被嚇倒,這玩意實在太巨大了。
最先解決上層的朱古力冠部,也有兩三粒金莎的大小。
揭開看看,其實是類似 waffle 的東西,淋上栗子朱古力忌廉,外層再淋上朱古力漿。至少有六七個人的份量。
當然落得吃剩的下場。大廚扁著嘴走來問哪裡不對,心裡真是罪過罪過。好啦我認自己從來不怎樣愛吃朱古力。
最後飽得彎著腰走,之後一日什麼都吃不下,附加兩粒暗瘡作為懲罰。
