每天也是如此這般的,小鎮的生活有什麼比美食更重要 ?
意大利人家族打理的店子, 這裡 top 10 的一家。
每次來都好期待的說 ♪
我最喜歡的 Vodka Penne。
故名思義,醬汁是用伏特加來做底,加上炒香的煙肉,食味一點都不濃烈,很 creamy 很易入口。Penne,即長通粉,也是我最愛的一種意粉,很好咬。
招牌的 Ciao Fettuccine。
重點是鮮茄和風乾蕃茄乾組合出的微妙配搭,還有鮮 parsley 和 sage mint。洋溢著濃濃的地中海香草風~
Pizza 我選了最貴的 Smoked Salmon。
棋差一著,點錯了。Pizza 的重點從來不是配料,而是 pizza 本身,這麼貴又不見三文魚特別好吃。不說這個,其實是相當好吃的,批底很煙韌,咬下去質感像吃吐司,鬆軟但加上幾分烤過的香味。醬汁當然是自家調配的。芝士除了常見的 Mozzarella,白色粒狀的是 Ricotta,本來樣子像中國的腐乳,但不辣。
正宗用火爐烤的 wooden fire pizza,是沒有所謂厚批簿批之分。什麼簿脆批芝心批都是美式連鎖店發明出來。是寵壞了吧,我不去 Pizza Hut 了。
其實全晚最最最最關鍵的是這個,店家秘製的 Tiramisu。實在是太美妙了~
甫一放進嘴,底層滿載 TNT 的 sponge cake 就完全溶化了,釋放出甜酒,混和上層的 Mascarpone Cheese。冷冰冰的一團似忌廉又像軟雪糕。酒下得好重手,老毛病,一下子又面紅了,但醉不了,因為 espresso 也下的好狠,人縱是神魂顛倒,依舊醉而不倒。
奇‧檸‧子 ≧▽≦ 如此人間極品,殺了我吧~
咕嚕咕嚕的嚥下,剎那間風雲色變(面色也變),到底是化學作用,還是材料工程解釋得到,有什麼是如此入口即溶不留痕 ??
一夜沉夢,甘願就此醉倒不再醒來。嚐過此一 tiramisu,你會變得不怕死的了。

小妹有緣路過, 見閣下對飲食似乎頗有心得.
誠然, 薄餅並不是價錢貴配料好就會好. 我覺得批底烤得又薄又脆, 簡單的配茄膏和芝士就夠滋味.

可能細個時嬌生慣養啦,心得就談唔上。
我覺得喜歡食係一種態度。
衣著如是、聽音樂睇電影如是。不過仔細講究,唔表示我執著,十蚊一碗雲吞麵我都中意呀。我又唔會因為對方唔講究而判人死判。
批底真係好重要。一般美式 pizza 仲加左好多油,肥膩到呢~~~~
另外,爐都係好重要,連鎖店用電爐,連芝士都未溶得晒,意大利人用煙囪火爐,火力相差好遠,食落口就知唔同。
今之到日文 =w="
應該係 program 吧
